Naldospex Pty (Ltd) is a conglomorate founded in 2016 operating the in construction and supply sector. We pride ourselves in the quality and efficiency we bring on our projects, the high standard of our work as you may see our portfolio. The organisation fulfills the Black Economic Empowerement requirements and is activley involved in the community through its CSI projects with various organisations through donations and assisting with education and development in the community.
The organisation is currently manned by a 5 man team, and we believe in a philosophy of uplifting the community we serve in, we thus hire for projects firstly on the basis of being a native of the land being worked.
The organisation plans to realise its goals through:- Striving for acceptable returns on investment.

Our mission is to provide world class service to our client while creating a sustainable fully black owned company, and to help improve those less privileged within communities by creating jobs and adding skills to their knowledge.
Preferences for employment will be given to the poor of poorest within the community. The labour desk establish terms and conditions of measuring the economic standard of the family(ies), single parent households, long term unemployment family head, local youth of 18 years old ,local women etc., will be given first preference and number of dependents will play a major role in the selection criteria. At the same time favoritism and discrimination on any basis will not be accepted. On this note a policy will be formulated in consultation with the community and other stakeholders.
